Poppy holds an Economics Degree, and HRM Diploma Level 3, and currently is studying further for HRM Level 5 with CIPD. She has International Recruitment skills and experience since 1997 recruiting for many different industries and sectors nationally and throughout Europe. She started her career in the Far East before she embarked on recruiting for different countries such as: Australia, UAE, United Kingdom and South Africa. She was the Co-Founder of Globe Recruitment that operates in SA. She believes in quality service resulting to a maximum impact and outcome of the service and most importantly Client's satisfaction. She has a vast knowledge as 360° recruitment aspect. She will assist in finding the right candidates within your required time frame. She will soon embark on another exciting journey in the “Skill Learning & Development” and would hope to be able to enable Recruiters and business productivity through Coaching and Training of Recruiter staff (Internal and External) and to enable them to work in a more effectively and efficiently. Jonathan has some 30 years of international experience in Oil, Gas and LNG and recruiting covering areas the Middle East, Far East, Australia and the UK. Jonathan previously started a recruitment and contracting company, which over time became the largest company of its kind in the Far East. After the 10 years since start up the company was recruiting and contracting more than 350 employees with a monthly turnover of US$ 1 M. With years of experience in negotiating at all levels from Ministerial to management, Jonathan has an easy approachable way to solve day-to-day problems. Jonathan has also made successful placements for Southern Africa apart from the Far East. Jonathan has eyes for detailed and good business mindset and also very decisive thinker. He has been around not only in the recruitment industry but also business acquisition for a long long time.
